Jennifer Smiley

Jennifer represents employers in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings in claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and breach of employment agreements. Jennifer zealously advocates for her clients in the courtroom and has extensive legal writing experience, including preparing successful dispositive motions in numerous courts. Beyond her litigation expertise, Jennifer provides strategic counsel to clients across various industries, including the financial services, transportation, technology, insurance, and legal sectors. She offers comprehensive advice on employment issues, such as separation agreements, leave policies, and workforce reductions.

Prior to private practice, Jennifer served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Outside of her professional endeavors, Jennifer is an active member of the community. She volunteers her time with her local church, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
