Jenny is an associate with the San Francisco office of Ogletree Deakins. Her practice focuses on representing and counseling employers through all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, arbitration, and before various administrative agencies, including the California Civil Rights Department, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Her experience spans a wide range of issues including single-plaintiff and collective and class action litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, leaves of absence, wrongful termination, unfair competition, wage-and-hour violations, and claims under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She partners with clients on best practices to meet their business objectives while minimizing legal risk, such as wage-and-hour compliance and drafts and updates employee handbooks and policies.
Jenny is a graduate of University of San Francisco School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Jenny served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and was a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review. She also competed in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition and later served on the University of San Francisco Moot Court Board as Development Director for the National Criminal Procedure Tournament.
