Jerod A. Allen

Jerod Allen is an associate in the Orange County office of Ogletree Deakins. He represents and advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment law matters.

Jerod received his J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. There, Jerod served as an Associate Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. He was also a part of the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic in law school where he directly assisted with the briefing and preparation for oral argument in a case before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Jerod was born and raised in Michigan. He earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in Criminal Justice with a minor in Philosophy & Law from Michigan State University. Outside of practicing law, Jerod enjoys surfing, playing soccer and basketball, and trying new food.
