Jessica represents businesses in a wide range of employment litigation, including wrongful termination and retaliation claims. Jessica has experience in drafting non-compete, non-disclosure, and non-solicitation agreements. She regularly defends administrative charges alleging discrimination, harassment, and retaliation violations. Jessica also has experience in assisting companies in internal investigations.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Jessica served as a judicial extern in the United States District Court, District of Nevada. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While in law school, Jessica served as the Articles Editor for the Nevada Law Journal and was a member of the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams. She received a CALI award for the highest grade in Negotiation.
Before attending law school, Jessica earned her B.S. in Business Data Analytics and her B.A. in Business Law from Arizona State University, where she graduated magna cum laude. In her personal time, Jessica enjoys playing pickleball and figure skating.
