Jordan is an associate in Ogletree’s Baltimore office where he defends employers in employment litigation in federal and state court and in administrative proceedings before federal, state, and local administrative bodies. He also provides clients with practical advice and guides employers on policies, procedures, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Jordan has also developed a traditional labor practice, where he advises management on labor relations and represents employers in disputes before the National Labor Relations Board and in grievance arbitration proceedings.
Before becoming an attorney, Jordan gained extensive experience working as a Human Resources professional in the healthcare industry. Desiring to shift his career to the legal side of employment and labor management, Jordan returned to school, attending the University of Baltimore School of Law as a part-time night student.
