Joseph represents clients in an extensive range of employment-related claims and litigation, including claims for wrongful termination, harassment and retaliation, whistleblowing claims, disability accommodation claims, as well as class and representative action wage and hour claims. He regularly and successfully represents employers in state and federal court, as well as matters before administrative agencies, such as the California Labor Commission, the California Civil Rights Department (previously the DFEH), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Joseph also regularly provides advice and counseling to his clients in navigating the complexities of federal, state, and local employment and labor laws regarding onboarding and hiring issues, reductions in force, discipline, terminations, disability accommodations, and leaves of absence.
Joseph also has significant experience representing both company and individual clients in trade secret and employee mobility-related matters, including non-compete and non-solicitation issues.
