Julie C. Lomax

Julie Lomax has over 20 years as a litigation and appellate attorney, with extensive experience representing clients on the plaintiff and defense side in complex employment, commercial, and maritime matters in both state and federal court. Julie has handled all phases of litigation, but her first love is briefing and research. To that end, she has drafted dispositive motions and appellate briefs across a broad range of topics, predominantly in wage and hour and arbitration disputes. Julie’s appellate experience includes practice before the Third, Fifth, Sixth, and Tenth Circuit Courts, as well as multiple cases in the First and Fourteenth Courts of Appeal in Texas.
