Justin Allen is a skilled commercial and employment litigator in the Indianapolis office, with significant experience handling large and complex cases. Justin has represented plaintiffs and defendants in dozens of lawsuits involving claims of misappropriation of trade secrets, breaches of restrictive covenants, employee raiding, and other unfair competition claims. Justin’s national litigation experience includes cases in state and federal courts in nearly twenty jurisdictions across the country.

In addition to his unfair competition experience, Justin also frequently represents companies in a wide range of business tort and contract disputes. Justin’s employment litigation background includes defending claims arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other state and federal anti-discrimination statutes.

Justin received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated cum laude and served on the Washington University Law Review. Prior to law school, Justin attended Millikin University in Illinois, where he graduated with distinction.

Outside of the legal community, Justin has a passion for animal rescue and welfare. He is a member of the Friends of Indy Animals Board of Directors and an avid volunteer and supporter of Central Indiana animal shelters and rescue organizations.
