Justin Allen is an employment attorney in the Indianapolis office. He is an experienced litigator and counselor in the areas of unfair competition and trade secrets, discrimination and retaliation claims, and commercial disputes. His litigation background includes matters arising under Title VII, ADA, FMLA, trade secret statutes, restrictive covenants agreements, insurance policies, and other complex business contracts.
Justin was named the Indianapolis Bar Association’s 2018 Young Lawyer of the Year for his service to the bar and was recognized by the Indiana Lawyer as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” in 2018. He is an active member of the legal community and is a graduate of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy, Class VII.
Justin received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated cum laude and served on the Washington University Law Review. Prior to law school, Justin attended Millikin University in Illinois, where he graduated with distinction.
Outside of the legal community, Justin serves as board chair of the local non-profit Hear Indiana, an organization which advocates for and provides resources to deaf Hoosier children and their families. In his free time, he is an avid auto racing fan and golfer.
