Justin Allen is an employment litigation associate in Ogletree Deakins’ Indianapolis office. He focuses his practice in the areas of discrimination defense, non-compete and non-solicitation litigation, and employment agreement disputes. Justin appears in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies, such as the EEOC. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Justin worked at a law firm representing clients in a wide range of civil cases, including commercial litigation and insurance coverage lawsuits.
Justin was named the Indianapolis Bar Association’s 2018 Young Lawyer of the Year for his service to the bar and was recognized by the Indiana Lawyer as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” in 2018. He is an active member of the legal community and is a graduate of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Leadership Development Academy, Class VII.
Outside of the legal community, Justin serves as board chair of the local non-profit Hear Indiana, an organization which advocates for and provides resources to deaf Hoosier children and their families. In his free time, he is an avid golfer and auto racing fan.
