Justine Ellis represents employers and management exclusively in all aspects of arbitration and litigation arising from employee-employee relationship, including wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Drawing on her experience litigating complex commercial and insurance matters in both state and federal court, Justine brings a strategic and business-minded approach to every employment case.
Justine earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2019 and went on to graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2023. While in law school, she served as the research editor of the American Indian Law Review, was an active member and officer of the Black Law Students Association, co-founded the law school’s First Generation Law Student Association, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society.
While attending law school full-time, Justine worked as an accountant for an office equipment company.
