Kady D’Amico is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office. Kady represents employers in a variety of employment matters, primarily including claims brought under federal discrimination statutes and Georgia law. Kady is experienced in handling charges of discrimination as well as litigation, including managing discovery, conducting witness interviews, and drafting pleadings and dispositive motions.
Kady graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of Barristers. While in law school, Kady was an associate editor of the Georgia State University Law Review, and also served as the Vice President of Communications for Moot Court.
