Katherine is an associate in Ogletree Deakins’ London office. She advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Katherine’s background is in employment law and employment litigation. Katherine has experience in a number of contentious matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and restrictive covenant injunctive proceedings. Katherine also regularly provides non-contentious support to clients including drafting employment contracts, workplace policies and settlement agreements and advising on all aspects of employment law including TUPE and disciplinary and grievance procedures. Katherine prides herself on taking a robust, pragmatic and commercial approach to advising her clients.
Katherine trained at a boutique employment law firm in London where her practice involved providing advice to corporate and individual clients on all areas of labor and employment law. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Katherine worked at a large UK Law Firm with a heavy focus on employment tribunal litigation, across a broad range of claims.
