Kelly M. Hayes

Kelly M. Hayes is a senior counsel attorney in the St. Louis office of Ogletree Deakins. She represents and counsels clients in a number of employment-related matters in both state and federal courts as well as before numerous administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Missouri Commission on Human Rights and the Illinois Department of Human Rights. Kelly has litigation experience in both bench and jury trials. She has conducted arbitrations as well has having experience in non-compete enforcement. She has managed and supervised internal employer investigations in response to allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She has created and presented training seminars and programs to prevent discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
