Kenneth M. Rock

Ken is an experienced litigator who has handled complex cases at every level – from filing, through trial, and at appeal.  Immediately prior to joining Ogletree, Ken was a Trial Attorney in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was the lead attorney on many FLSA, OSHA, and ERISA matters.  Ken has broad labor and employment litigation experience, having handled wage-and-hour class actions, wrongful termination claims, employment discrimination claims, EEOC matters, workers’ compensation claims, and other matters.

Ken is also an experienced safety and health lawyer.  He has extensive experience at every stage of safety and health matters, including pre-citation inspection work, litigation of citations, and first-chair trial experience.

In addition to his significant private and public sector employment litigation experience, Ken also served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Vanessa L. Bryant in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Ken is admitted to the state bars of New York, Connecticut, and Ohio, and is admitted in Oregon on a temporary license while his application for admission on comity is pending.
