Kimberly is a vibrant communicator by nature. She enjoys problem solving and collaborating with clients to effectively and efficiently find practical solutions to employment challenges, whether in the courtroom or in day-today workplace operations. Kimberly enjoys helping her clients acquire the knowledge needed to attain their goals. This means learning about clients’ business operations and educating them on preventing, reducing, and managing risk. Additionally, her clients value the key attributes for success that she demonstrates in her practice each day: integrity, perseverance, flexibility, and respect. Kimberly’s professional work experiences and law school contributions, including trial team, moot court team and numerous leadership roles, serve as the foundation for her client-first approach.
Kimberly focuses her practice on investigating and responding to DOL/VETS complaints, USERRA advice and counsel, single plaintiff litigation in both federal and state courts, EEOC charge defense, and her clients’ general employment-based needs.
Working in lockstep with lead counsel, Kimberly spearheads discovery strategy, crafts dispositive motions and briefs, and conducts meticulous witness preparation to fortify the trial narrative. Kimberly’s role demands—and she delivers—immaculate research, concise writing, rapid analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset that keeps the entire legal team synchronized. From early case assessment through verdict, she anticipates tactical opportunities, manages deadlines, and maintains constant contact with clients, translating legal strategy into clear, actionable guidance that protects their business objectives and peace of mind.
In her free time, Kimberly enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband and family, playing board games, going to Auburn football games, and taking her terrier mix, Julio, to the park.
Kimberly earned her BA in Political Science and Spanish from Auburn University and her JD from The University of Alabama School of Law.
