Kyle R. Broadfoot

Kyle is a tested litigator who has represented all manner of clients, from transportation companies, homeowners associations, real estate agents, and construction contractors. Kyle has achieved successful results through defense verdicts, dismissals, motions practice, and negotiated settlements for clients in a variety of industries.

Kyle also provides clients with sound and practical advice, and counsels employers on workplace policies and compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Kyle practiced in insurance defense litigation for a national law firm, and also worked on construction defect matters in the Phoenix area. Before that, Kyle represented all manner of clients in Arizona and Montana state courts, defending against a wide variety of claims, including fraud, breach of contract, and professional liability. Kyle is a Phoenix native, having been born and raised in Scottsdale. He then attended the University of Alabama, and upon graduation, he returned to Phoenix to attend the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Kyle spends his free time with his family, on the golf course, and cheering on the University of Alabama football team, as well as his hometown Phoenix Suns and Arizona Cardinals.
