Latiqua focuses her practice on representing employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters. She has built her career defending companies – including a top ranked Fortune 500 corporation and one of the world’s largest private employers – in lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodations, and wrongful termination in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions.

In addition to her litigation practice, Latiqua advises employers on compliance and risk management, offering strategic guidance on hiring, employee discipline, terminations, the interactive process and reasonable accommodations. She also partners with employers to develop and maintain legally compliant personnel policies and handbooks, helping them proactively anticipate and adapt to evolving employment laws.
