Lesa M. Lawrence

Lesa Lawrence practices in the Raleigh office of Ogletree Deakins. She focuses on assisting clients with immigration strategies for employment-based immigrant (PERM, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW) and nonimmigrant (H, L, E, O and TN) petitions. Lesa has extensive experience partnering with clients to help manage their immigration programs and advise on compliance issues. She has worked with clients from multinational corporations to start-ups across the technology, manufacturing and pharmaceutical sectors. Lesa has held committee membership on AILA National’s Distance Learning Committee (2013) and Business Section (2014). She has also been a co-chair of AILA’s Global Migration Section’s Audiovisual Committee from 2016-2019 and worked on various committees for the AILA DC Chapter between 2007 and 2017.  In addition to her immigration practice, Lesa has been certified as a Global Mobility Specialist and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional.
