Leticia strives to empower employers with essential legal information and on-point strategic advice enabling leaders to make critical business decisions in real time.

Leticia represents employers in employment law matters including for claims filed with administrative and state agencies not limited to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, U.S. Department Office for Civil Rights, California Civil Rights Department, and Department of Industrial Relations. She delivers advice and counsel for compliance on the life cycle of employee matters: hiring, performance management, fair compensation, leave administration, accommodations, harassment prevention, workplace investigations, and alternative dispute resolution.

Before becoming an attorney, Leticia developed a two-decade career in business operations and human resources. She served state and national employers as an equal employment opportunity officer and senior human resources leader. She led a workplace investigations unit focused on Title VII and Title IX cases.

Leticia was a featured panelist for the San Francisco Bay Area’s EEO Enforcement Office, speaking on Human Resources best practices. She is a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
