Lizbeth M. Chow (she/her/hers) is an associate attorney who practices exclusively in the field of business immigration and compliance law. As a leading Associate, she partners with clients’ global mobility personnel and foreign national employees to devise temporary and permanent employment visa strategies. In this capacity, she represents multinational clients in a wide-range of employment based immigrant (PERM Labor Certification, Immigrant Petition, Adjustment of Status, and Naturalization) and nonimmigrant (E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, O-1, and TN) visa matters. She ensures clients’ compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and policies, and is committed to helping clients to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of immigration law.

Lizbeth has extensive experience handling the full range of business immigration practice. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Lizbeth worked as a senior associate in the immigration group of an international law firm, counseling corporate clients in the architectural, software, and pharmaceutical industries on a wide variety of immigration compliance and cross-border immigration processes. Previously, Lizbeth worked as an associate at a top-tier, global business immigration law firm, where she provided comprehensive business immigration support to Fortune 500 corporate clients primarily in the financial service and financial technology service industries, and worked with clients to develop strategic plans for the movement of personnel around the world.

Lizbeth’s industry knowledge and insights have been published, including in the New Jersey Law Journal, and her expertise has been shared through industry trainings and presentations.
