Maggie Delany is an employment associate in the firm’s New York City office. Maggie has extensive experience in all facets of litigation, which extends to taking and defending depositions, attending various court appearances including pre-trial conferences, and arguing substantive motions. She prides herself on developing a tailored and creative strategy for each individual client. Maggie’s success in achieving favorable resolutions in part stems from her appreciation that open communications with clients, colleagues, and adversaries is of the utmost importance. She is passionate, competitive, and committed, which translates to her practice.
Maggie devoted a significant amount of time to the moot court board during her law school career, which lead to her placing as one of the top oralists in a national competition. As an alumni, she remains actively involved in the moot court program, and oversees her law school’s national team each year. Maggie also participated in the domestic violence clinic which lead to her winning an appeal before the New Jersey Appellate Division. She began her career at a premier law firm, during which time she practiced under several elite trial attorneys, which fostered her penchant for litigation.
