Margaret Foss is an associate in the Chicago office of Ogletree Deakins, where she represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment law matters. Her practice includes defending clients in litigation involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination, as well as advising on compliance with federal and state employment laws. Margaret has experience managing matters at various stages of litigation, including drafting dispositive motions, conducting legal research, and participating in written and oral discovery. Margaret also has experience partnering with employers to assist with workplace investigations, including those involving sensitive allegations of employee misconduct.
During her last year of law school, Margaret participated in the Notre Dame in Chicago Program as a full-time extern for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
