Margaret Foss is a first-year associate in the Chicago office of Ogletree Deakins. Margaret’s practice focuses on a wide range of practice areas. She has experience assisting clients with various aspects of employment law, including litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.
Margaret received her Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School in May 2023, cum laude, where she served as the Community Editor for the Notre Dame Law School Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. During her last year of law school, Margaret participated in the Notre Dame in Chicago Program as a full-time extern for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Margaret received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Adrian College, summa cum laude, where she played collegiate softball.
