Mavish Bana has over seven years of experience handling complex, high-stakes litigation and counseling on pre-litigation dispute resolution in federal and state courts, arbitration, and mediation. She partners with clients on trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant enforcement, fiduciary duty claims, labor and employment matters, and commercial disputes across industries including banking and finance, investment advisory, technology, private equity, healthcare, and construction. Known for translating legal complexities into clear, actionable advice, she works to develop practical, cost-effective strategies to manage risk while keeping business objectives front and center.
Mavish has been recognized as a Best Lawyers: One to Watch in America in Commercial Litigation (2024–2026) and Labor & Employment (2026), and as a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers in Business Litigation (2023–2024). Mavish is admitted to practice in Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and all four U.S. District Courts in Texas. Mavish earned her J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law and her B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Communication from Texas A&M University.
