Megan has spent more than two decades representing foreign nationals in complex immigration matters and advocated for clients before USCIS, EOIR, the Department of Labor, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, and the Department of State. Megan’s practice has spanned the full spectrum of family and employment-based matters, including both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes, as well as removal defense. She has extensive experience in a wide range of immigration benefits, including H-1B, TN, O-1, and L-1 petitions, PERM labor certifications, Extraordinary Ability petitions, Conrad 30 Waivers for physicians, and matters affecting F-1 students.  Currently, Megan focuses on advising clients on strategic immigration solutions designed to attract, retain, and mobilize global talent.
Before joining the firm, Megan was a founder of a boutique immigration firm in Indianapolis, Indiana where her practice focused exclusively on immigration for more than 20 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePauw University and earned her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
