Micah Dawson helps employers navigate the increasingly complex web of state and federal regulations.
Micah serves as a high-stakes litigator and a proactive advisor for national and international companies. With experience across the hospitality/restaurant, healthcare, retail, construction, airline, transportation, mining, manufacturing, and government contracting sectors, he tailors his approach to meet the needs of each client. And whether he is defending a multi-million-dollar wage and hour class action or guiding a business through a high-tension union election, Micah’s goal is simple: do the right thing to protect the company’s reputation and its bottom line.
Beyond the courtroom and boardroom, Micah is a dedicated advocate for those who served, successfully appealing claims for veterans before the Federal Circuit on a pro bono basis.
Originally from the Western Slope of Colorado, Micah earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Chicago and his law degree from Boston College Law School.
