Michael C. Salvo

Michael is an associate in the firm’s Morristown Office. Michael has represented a number of clients in New Jersey on matters dealing with New Jersey Law Against Discrimination and Family Medical Leave Act claims. In assisting on these cases, Michael has gained experience throughout the litigation process, such as composing pleadings, preparing discovery requests and responses, drafting dispositive motions, and researching complex legal issues. 

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Michael worked as a Law Clerk at a firm dedicated to representing large companies handling personal injury lawsuits throughout New Jersey. Michael graduated cum laude from New York Law School in 2024, where he served as a staff editor for the New York Law School Law Review and participated in New York Law School’s Veterans Justice Clinic. Michael also graduated summa cum laude from Fairfield University in 2021, where he was named a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
