Michael Belko is an associate in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, where his practice focuses on representing employers and helping them navigate through all phases of legal actions in either federal or state court and before administrative agencies. He brings knowledge and experience in a multitude of matters arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and related areas of state and federal law.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an associate at regional defense law firm where he represented employers in a variety of legal actions, as well as municipalities and their agents in civil rights matters. Before that, Michael was granted a University of Chicago Law School Postgraduate Public Service Fellowship during which he spent a year as a legal fellow working with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
