Michael J. Lambros

Of Counsel   |   Dallas

Michael Lambros is a results-driven labor and employment attorney with a practice that is national in scope. Michael handles a wide range of traditional labor matters, including representing employers during union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations, and litigation before the National Labor Relations Board and federal courts. He also has significant experience resolving grievances, unfair labor practice charges, and conducting mediations and arbitrations. He uses a practical, real-world approach when counseling employers by emphasizing the implementation of best practices and effective labor-management strategies to preserve direct relationships between employers and their employees.

Michael maintains an active employment law practice as well, including representing employers facing discrimination and retaliation claims, enforcement of employment agreements, employment-related contract actions, and administrative agency proceedings. He advises employers regarding employment eligibility verification audits and employment-related governmental investigations.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Michael served as a trial attorney with the Department of Homeland Security, where his responsibilities included, among other things, managing labor relations between the federal government and its unionized workforce. He also served as a member of a respected national law firm’s labor and employment practice group where he exclusively represented employers.
