He has also acted as both lead counsel and a representative of the Virgin Islands in highly consequential state antitrust and consumer protection enforcement actions. Michael has also appeared before numerous judicial and administrative forums in the Virgin Islands, including the Virgin Islands Supreme and Superior Courts and the Virgin Islands Public Employees Relations Board.
