Michelle McMahon is an attorney at Ogletree Deakins’s Charleston office, where she specializes in employment litigation. With a robust portfolio of representing employers, Michelle expertly navigates complex employment law matters, including those under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and various state law claims.
Michelle’s extensive experience spans federal and state courts, mediations, arbitrations, and appearances before administrative agencies. Beyond litigation, she provides strategic advice and counsel, working closely with clients to develop and implement effective solutions.
