Mohammad “Rabbie” Mojaddidi

Mohammad “Rabbie” Mojaddidi is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office where he represents and advises employers on labor and employment matters. His practice focuses on representing employers in both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations, and other employment-related claims. In addition to litigating labor and employment matters at the state and federal level, Rabbie has conducted or advised with respect to numerous workplace investigations. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Rabbie worked at a smaller firm in the Bay Area where he acquired hands-on litigation experience in employment, business, and other matters.

Rabbie received his J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law and he received his B.A. from Chapman University.
