Molly Ann is a skilled litigator who has won numerous summary judgment (take-nothing) dismissals in various courts across the state of Texas. She is a talented legal writer and aggressive advocate for the interests of those she represents, which have ranged in full spectrum from individuals to multinational companies. She has experience on plaintiff’s-side and defense work, lending an advantage to her understanding of case perspectives and strategy. Her current practice primarily falls within the employment litigation umbrella of the firm in matters such as discrimination, retaliation, and breach of employment agreement claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Molly Ann practiced in a diverse range of practice areas including premises liability, breach of contract, partnership disputes, trade secrets, construction defect, and deceptive trade practices claims. Her ability to counsel and communicate effectively has enabled her career successes and is also reflected in her prior activity as a high-rated LSAT instructor for an international test-prep company, an English as a Second Language teacher, and as a mentor in a care program through a local church.
Molly Ann received four CALI Awards for Academic Excellence and Legal Writing during law school, where she also earned the highest individual score in a moot court competition and received an award for outstanding advocacy in the school’s trial advocacy competition.  She enjoys supporting the development of local youth via mock trial programming and is an active (impassioned) volunteer for DFW Lab Rescue.
