Morgan T. Cage

Morgan Cage is an associate in the firm’s Nashville office where she focuses on advising clients on all aspects of labor and employment law, including workplace discrimination, harassment, discharge, FMLA, wage and hour disputes, and issues related to unfair competition and trade secrets.

Morgan received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Tennessee State University. During her undergraduate career, she was a student-athlete, an active member of professional and public service organizations, and the Valedictorian of her graduating class. Morgan spent her breaks during law school as a summer associate in the Nashville office before obtaining her degree from Belmont University College of Law and officially joining Ogletree as an associate attorney.

In addition to her experience in labor and employment law, Morgan brings an extensive background in business management, sports and entertainment, and client relations. Her diverse experience both inside and outside the legal profession provides her with a unique perspective on managing client needs and delivering exceptional service.

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys spending time on the tennis court, reading a new novel, or taking her Mini Schnauzer, Ellie, to the park.
