Natalie Hernandez Catahan

Shareholder   |   Orange County

Natalie has exclusively practiced management-side labor and employment law in California since the beginning of her legal career. Natalie represents and counsels private employers on a broad spectrum of employment issues, including wrongful termination, disability discrimination, sex discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to provide a reasonable accommodation, failure to engage in the interactive process, and various wage and hour disputes.

She has represented employers in matters before federal and state courts and before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and California’s Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), and Employment Development Department (EDD).

The majority of Natalie’s practice is focused on single-plaintiff litigation where she works closely with the client early in her cases to identify the client’s goals and to develop a specific strategy to accomplish those goals. Natalie has experience handling cases through arbitration and trial.
