Nicholas J.M. Quatraro

Associate   |   Columbia

Nicholas represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, workplace investigations, restrictive covenant disputes, and day-to-day workplace counseling. He assists employers in navigating workplace challenges, assessing risk, and addressing issues arising under federal and state employment laws.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Nicholas focused his practice on eDiscovery and information governance. He has experience supporting government investigations and complex litigation involving electronically stored information, which complements his employment practice and provides additional insight into the discovery and data-management issues that frequently arise in workplace litigation.

Nicholas also previously represented employees and small businesses in labor and employment matters in state and federal courts. This experience gives him a well-rounded perspective when evaluating claims, developing litigation strategy, and helping employers manage workplace risk.

Outside of his legal practice, Nicholas serves as President of the Presbyterian College Young Alumni Council, serves as the Philanthropy Chair of the Columbia Capital Rotary Club, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Columbia Museum of Art Contemporaries Board and SOLE Stepping, a South Carolina-based non-profit.
