Nicole Naleway is of counsel in the Orange County office of Ogletree Deakins. She represents and advises employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge. Nicole advises clients on matters related to OSHA. She advises clients during inspections and citation appeals. She also litigates OSHA matters. Nicole has extensive experience in handling all aspects of litigating these cases.
Prior to joining Ogletree, she worked as a senior associate attorney at a civil litigation firm, where she represented both employers and employees. She was named a 2019 and 2020 Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Nicole earned her Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude, from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler, School of Law in Orange, California. She received the National Order of Scribes Award as an Outstanding Law Graduate. She obtained CALI Awards (for the highest class grade) in: Evidence, Constitutional Law I, Federal Income Tax, Legal & Equitable Remedies, Select Topics in American Law, Legal Analysis Workshop, and Legal & Business Affairs in Hollywood.
Nicole received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of California, Irvine, where she graduated magna cum laude. She was the Vice President of Administrative of Pi Beta Phi sorority, where she led Risk Management.
