Nicole Fink is an of counsel attorney in Ogletree Deakins’ Morristown office. Nicole is a member of the Immigration law practice group where she advises multinational corporate clients on employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visas, PERM labor certification, border crossing, consular processing, and immigrant visas.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Nicole served as an associate at a large corporate law firm in New Jersey providing services to high-volume multinational clients where she managed a high-volume caseload of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and PERM applications including H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas, EB-1 preference, downgrade cases, complex RFEs, appeals, and national interest exception waivers. Prior to moving to New Jersey, Nicole was an associate attorney at a boutique immigration law firm in Boston where she represented small start-up companies in the healthcare, clinical research, technology, investment banking, and accounting industries that were seeking nonimmigrant classifications for E-2 treaty investors, H-1B specialty occupation workers, L-1 intracompany transferees, O-1 individuals with extraordinary ability, and TN NAFTA professionals. She also oversaw consular processing cases, including family-based waivers and employment-based visas.
Nicole has provided pro bono immigration services for many organizations over the years of her practice but most notable organizations include Kids in Need of Defense, CUNY Citizenship Now!, and American Friends Service Committee.
