Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, she practiced at a large immigration law firm. There, she managed a wide variety of case types for corporate clients and provided strategic guidance to structure and scale their global mobility programs.
With extensive experience managing the full lifecycle of employment-based immigration, Paloma regularly advises clients on non-immigrant visas, immigrant petitions, the PERM labor certification process, and adjustment of status applications. Paloma prides herself on providing immigration solutions that align with her clients’ long-term goals and guiding employees through the immigration process.
