Paul represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters in federal and state court and before federal, state, and local administrative bodies. Paul’s practice primarily focuses on providing advice and counsel and representing employers in disputes pertaining to employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour laws, leave and reasonable accommodations, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, and class/collective actions.

Paul also prepares employment handbooks, employment agreements, personnel policies, and provides training on employment law issues. Paul is a trusted advisor to employers across many industries, providing practical and strategic guidance to navigate sensitive personnel matters, ensure compliance with laws, mitigate risk, and defend against legal disputes.

Paul served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kevin Arthur of the Appellate Court of Maryland.
