Paul has extensive experience in employment law cases, focusing on single plaintiff discrimination, retaliation, and wage claims brought under a variety of state and federal statutes including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, FCRA, and Fla. Stat. § 440.205. He regularly litigates in state courts, federal courts, and arbitration tribunals including the AAA, JAMS, FINRA, and NAM. He has tried cases before Florida state courts, JAMS, and the Florida Department of Administrative Hearings.
Paul also provides advice and counsel to employers to comply with state and federal employment laws and avoid litigation.
Paul also has extensive experience in state and federal disability access law, and is a member of Ogletree Deakins’ Disability Access Practice Group. He defends retail and hospitality clients in public accommodation discrimination cases involving both buildings and websites.
