Polly Snyder

Polly serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.  She works closely with the Managing Shareholder and firm leadership to collaborate on strategic planning and leads the implementation of and execution on the firm’s strategic priorities across its operational functions, including to ensure continued premier client service delivery and to support high-performing teams.  

Polly brings over fourteen years of experience leading operations and strategic initiatives at multinational AmLaw 100 law firms.  As a Chief Practice Officer at one multinational AmLaw 100 firm, and then the Chief Operating Officer for the Corporate and Finance Department at another, Polly oversaw operations for departments generating hundreds of millions in revenue, led cross-functional initiatives spanning finance, HR, marketing, and innovation, and advised firm leadership on profitability, staffing, and growth strategies. Her work consistently focused on aligning business operations with firm strategy, improving collaboration across borders and practices, supporting high-performing teams and enhancing client value.  Her perspective and approach are enhanced by her experience practicing for almost twenty years as a litigator at a Global AmLaw100 firm before moving full time into law firm operations. 

Polly graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, and holds a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University.
