Rachel I. Feinberg

Associate   |   Philadelphia

Rachel is an associate in Ogletree Deakins’ Philadelphia office after first working as a summer associate in 2022. Rachel focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation, including discrimination claims based on race, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, and disability, retaliation, wrongful termination, as well as National Labor Relations Act claims. Her practice also includes ERISA litigation.

Rachel received her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2023 and her B.A. from Brandeis University, cum laude. During her time in law school, Rachel spent a summer working with the Boston College Innocence Program Clinic. Her efforts led to the 2023 exoneration of a man whose 2003 incarceration was based on fire pattern analysis methods now regarded as ‘junk science.’ During her last year of law school, Rachel also served as the President of Boston College’s National Lawyers Guild chapter.
