Nadine specializes in defending employers in wage and hour class actions and California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions. She also routinely handles single-plaintiff cases where she has assisted clients facing claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination. Nadine has defended employers in a variety of industries, including, medical, technology, home essentials, local government, and retail. Nadine also has experience in civil rights, general liability and public entity defense.
Nadine zealously represents her clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, and also has negotiated favorable pre-litigation settlements.
While in law school, Nadine served as a clinical student with Loyola’s Project for the Innocent. Additionally, as an attorney, Nadine has done extensive Pro Bono work for the California Innocence Project.
In her free time, Nadine enjoys watching movies, attending stand-up comedy shows, and exploring the restaurant scene in Los Angeles.
