Sara Grace represents employers of all sizes both in and out of court. As a litigator, Sara Grace defends employers in all phases of federal and state litigation involving a wide range of employment law claims, including discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour claims, restrictive covenants, as well as FLSA collective action lawsuits. When not in court, Sara Grace also advises employers on complex employment law issues, including implementation of appropriate policies and practices to reduce the likelihood of future claims, guiding employers through accommodation requests and termination processes, drafting and updating employee handbooks, and responding to labor audits.

Sara Grace is actively involved in the employment law community. She is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs and human resources conferences. Through speaking engagements, Sara Grace offers updates on a variety of employment law issues, including EEOC guidance, FLSA collective actions, discrimination and harassment in the workplace, pregnancy discrimination laws, and vaccine litigation.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Sara Grace represented corporations and insurance companies in various areas of litigation including professional liability disputes, insurance coverage disputes, employment litigation, contract disputes, and toxic tort litigation. Sara Grace is admitted to practice law in all Louisiana state and federal courts.
