Sara Grace is an experienced employment lawyer with a strong litigation practice. Sara Grace defends employers in all areas of employment law, both in and out of court. She has tried and won jury trials in federal court and has a demonstrated track record of litigation victories and favorable results for clients.
Sara Grace also assists employers in preventing litigation by providing practical advice on complex employment law issues. She helps implement appropriate policies and practices to reduce the likelihood of future claims and guides employers through the investigation of complaints, accommodation requests, and termination processes. When litigation arises, Sara Grace proactively defends employers against the EEOC and state agency charges and represents those employers in all phases of federal and state litigation. Her litigation experience involves a wide range of employment law claims, including Title VII, ADA, and ADEA discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, restrictive covenants, and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) collective action lawsuits.
Sara Grace is actively involved in the employment law community. She is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Labor Relations and Employment Section of the LSBA, and a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs and HR management conferences.
Sara Grace is a New Orleans native. She earned her J.D. from Louisiana State University where she graduated cum laude.
