Sarah is an associate attorney in the Tampa office of Ogletree Deakins. Sarah’s litigation practice focuses on defending employers in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings and arbitrations. She represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.

In addition to her litigation practice, Sarah assists both private and public employers in a variety of traditional labor matters, including campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, and impasse proceedings. She represents employers before both the National Labor Relations Board and Florida’s Public Employee Relations Commission.

Sarah also provides advice and assistance to employers with employee and policy-related matters, including workplace accommodation and leave issues.

Sarah holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she graduated in the top 7% of her class. During law school, Sarah served as a Research Editor for the Florida Law Review and received the CALI Book Award for Natural Resources Law. She was also invited into the Order of the Coif.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Sarah worked as an associate attorney with a national litigation firm, where she represented insurance companies and large corporations in a variety of employment and general liability matters.
