Sarah Humble represents clients in a variety of employment matters, including restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets, and claims of discrimination and retaliation. Sarah also has extensive experience with general civil litigation matters, including claims of breach of contract, defamation, fraud, and negligent misrepresentation, and in complex litigation under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
Sarah is skilled in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and mediation. Her experience includes defeating class certification and obtaining summary judgment for her client in multi-party litigation, and obtaining numerous favorable settlements for clients at mediation.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her family.
