Sharan represents businesses in a wide range of labor and employment matters with an emphasis on labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice hearings. She represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Washington Office of Administrative Hearings, the National Labor Relations Board, the Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission, and other state and municipal agencies. Prior to joining Ogletree, Sharan worked for a local Seattle law firm representing Washington state public school districts in various labor disputes and general counsel matters.

Sharan is a 2023 graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where she served as the President of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Association and the Chief of Diversity for the Washington International Law Journal. Prior to law school, Sharan completed an AmeriCorps year of service in San Jose, California.
