For more than 10 years, Shelley has defended employers in administrative, arbitration, and litigation proceedings across the country against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, the USERRA, and state and local laws. Shelley also has extensive experience reviewing and preparing employment policies and handbooks, performing workplace investigations, and counseling in-house counsel and human resources professionals regarding a wide range of employment matters. Prior to joining Ogletree, Shelley also gained invaluable experience clerking for a federal court judge where she worked behind the scenes on many employment related cases. 

Shelley currently serves as Special Counsel with the firm’s EEO Advantage Program where she focuses on defending employers before federal and state administration agencies across the nation against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
