Sidra Ehsan Cheema is an associate at Ogletree Deakins’ Raleigh Office. She focuses her practice on employment-based immigration. She has extensive experience with employment-based visa categories and adjustment of status. She advised clients in non-immigrant visas, such as H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1; O-1, and handles immigrant matters including PERM labor certifications; I-140 petitions, EB-1 Preference petitions and National Interest Waivers. She also directs the preparation of J visas, J waivers and F-1 STEM extension applications. She has extensive experience in handling complex immigrant, non-immigrant RFEs and advises clients regarding visa stamping and international travel guidance.

Sidra is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.
