Stephanie Manning has significant experience in representing employers in the litigation of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. She routinely provides day-to-day employment advice to employers to manage risk of employment-related litigation and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Additionally, Stephanie’s practice includes drafting and reviewing handbooks, policies, and procedures for compliance with federal and state law.
Originally from Oklahoma, Stephanie received her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2000, where she graduated with highest honors and was a member of the Order of the Curule Chair for being in the top ten percent of her class and rendering distinguished service to the University.
