Steven S. Cula is an associate attorney in the Miami office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. Mr. Cula’s practice focuses primarily on labor and employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, disability accommodation, and violations of leave laws. He represents management in all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts throughout Florida, as well as in administrative and arbitral forums.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Cula was an attorney at a litigation firm, where he focused primarily on insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation. He is admitted to practice in Florida State Court, in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Cula is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Hebrew.
